Virender Sehwag is an Indian cricketer, best known for his wonderful bating abilities. He is a right-handed batsman and he has made various records in the cricket history.. He hails from New Delhi, India and was born on October 20, 1978. He is referred to as 'Viru' and 'Nawab of Najafgarh' by his followers. He began his career in cricket in year 1999. His first match was against Pakistan and it was held in Mohali. But he failed to prove himself. He gained national attention in year 2001, when he played against Australia and scored 58 runs with three wicket. He also received his first trophy of 'Man of the Match' for this. After his success, he played many national and international matches. In year 2005, he became vice-captain of the team till 2006. Apart from his cricket career, he has also appeared in many TV commercials. On his personal front, he is married to 'Aarti Ahlawat' and they have two children.
