Siddharth Malhotra has been interested in acting during his school days. He studied in St. Xaviers School in Mumbai, India. Siddharth Malhotra dropped out college for a career in modelling. He is the brother of famous film director Punit Malhotra and nephew of fashion designer Manish Malhotra. He began his Bollywood career through the film Student of the Year. Siddharth Malhottra is debuting opposite newcomers Alia Bhatt (daughter of Mahesh Bhatt) and Varun Dhawan (son of David Dhawan).
