Samsung recently announced the World’s 1st mobile phone with curved display. Dubbed as ‘Galaxy Round’, it is powered by a Quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, which is also expandable with the help of a memory card up to 64GB.
The primary camera of the phone is 13MP with a photo resolution of 4128x3096 pixels, some of the key features of the phone are: Dual Shot, Simultaneous video and image recording, geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection, image stabilization, panorama, HDR.
The primary camera can record videos at 2160p@30fps or 1080p@60fps. The secondary camera of Galaxy Round is 2MP with a photo resolution of 1600x1200 and it can record full HD videos (1080p@30fps). The OS of the phone is Android OS, v4.3 (Jelly Bean).
The screen size of Galaxy Round is 5.7-inch with full HD (1920x1080) resolution and pixel per inch density of 386ppi. It is the World’s 1st curved AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. The mobile phone is available in a single shade: Luxury Brown.
The connectivity options are: GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, Infrared, NFC and USB (microUSB v3.0). Some of the unique features of the phone are: S-Voice natural language commands and dictation plus air gestures.
