Motorola has officially launched the much-awaited ‘Moto G’ Android smartphone. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and the OS of Moto G is Android Jelly Bean with confirmed upgrade to Android KitKat in a few days.
The screen size of the phone is 4.5 inch with HD resolution (1280x720). The pixel per inch density of the screen is 326 ppi and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The internal memory of Moto G has 2 options: 8GB and 16GB. The RAM of the phone is 1GB.
The dimensions of the phone are: 129.9(H) x 65.9(W) x 11.6(T) with weight of 143 grams. The primary camera of Motorola Moto G is 5MP and secondary camera is 1.3MP. The phone can record HD (1280x720) videos at 30 frames per second.
The connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB and Wi-Fi. The battery of Moto G is 2070mAh lithium-ion with 24 hours of back-up under mixed use conditions. Motorola has priced the phone very aggressively at $179 for the 8GB model and 16GB is available for $199.
