Virat Kohli is a cricketer of Indian origin. He was born in Delhi on November 5, 1988. He was born to father late Prem Kohli and mother Saroj Kohli. He has done his secondary education from 'Vishal Bharti' and 'Savier Convent School' in Delhi. He is a Right handed Batsman and Right arm medium pace bowler. He started taking his cricket coaching from 'West Delhi Cricket Academy' in 1998. Virat Kohli was first noted when he played for Delhi team as a Captain in 'Ranji Trophy' match against Karnataka's cricket team. Under his captaincy his team was the winner of '2008 Under-19 Cricket World Cup' taken place in Malaysia. He is also lead the 'Royal Challengers' Bangalore team in the Indian Premier League. His first ODI match was against Sri Lankan team in 2008. In 2011's World Cup Tournament he was successful to made his debut century and became first Indian on World Cup Debut. In 2012, he is awarded with 'ICC ODI Player of The Year'. Virat Kohli received 'Arjuna Award' in 2013 for his outstanding performance in sports. He received 'People's Choice Award' in the category of 'Favorite Sportsman of The Year 2012'. Virat Kohli appeared in many commercial ads of Big Brands and he is the Brand Ambassador of Big Brands like Pepsi, TVS Motors, Totyota Motors, Boost, Fast Track etc.
