Sunidhi Chauhan is a versatile playback singer who primarily sing songs for Hindi movies. She was born on 14 August, 1983 in New Delhi. She has completed her secondary education from Greenway Modern School in Delhi. She was married to director and Choreographer Bobby Khan at the age of eighteen in 2002 and the couple got divorced after some time of their marriage. On April 27, 2012 she got married Hitesh Sonik, a music composer. She has also sung songs in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, Bhojpuri, Bengali, Nepali, Gujarati languages. Recording songs in regional languages made her a leading star in Indian Cinema and all over the world. She started singing when she was only 4 years old. In year 1996 she entered into the field of playback singing with movie, 'Shastra' with song 'Ladki Deewanee Dekho..' She got her first major break in Ram Gopal Verma's movie 'Mast' with song 'Ruki Ruki C Zindagi'. She is the winner of many prestigious awards like Filmfare Award, IIFA Award, Zee Cine, STAR Screen Awards etc.
