KTM 250 Duke carriesd the recent design language that was first spotted in KTM 390 Duke. Apart from being connected to the most powerful single cylinder Indian motorcycle, it comes with its unique identity with Black alloy wheels and newly designed halogen headlight at the front. The 248.8 cc, single cylinder engine is good for 30 PS at 9000 rpm and 24 Nm at 7500 rpm. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and carries slipper clutch for added convenience. KTM 250 Duke is the most powerful quarter liter motorcycle in India.

Yamaha FZ25 is the most affordable motorcycle of its segment, carrying goodies like full LED headlight and torque focused engine. The 249 cc, oil cooled engine on the FZ25 is fuel injected and produces 20 Nm of max torque at just 6000 rpm. However, it generates just 20.69 BHP, making it far less than the values offered on the KTM 250 Duke. Both the bikes are not offered with ABS whereas Yamaha FZ25 weighs 13 kg less than its rival. KTM 250 Duke is quite expensive as the price gap between both the bikes is INR 58,700. This makes Yamaha FZ25 a much practical option for everyday driving.
