Yamaha R15 V3.0 was the biggest surprise that Yamaha fans could get! The newcomer is actually one of the finest products of 2017, promising quality and performance that was never seen before in its class. 2017 Yamaha R15 comes with a 155.1 cc, single cylinder, liquid cooled and fuel injected engine producing 19.04 BHP at 10,000 rpm and 14.7 Nm at 8500 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. R15 V3.0 comes with an 11 liter fuel tank while weighs 137 kg in its new avatar. The rider now sits higher at 815 mm on the new design.

2017 R15 measures 1990 mm in length, 725 mm in width and 1135 mm in overall height. The new wheelbase is 1325 mm while uses USD forks for the front suspension in the 2017 version. Apart from the change in suspension, R15 V3.0 comes with bigger disc brakes (282mm | 240mm), full LED headlight, all new digital instrument console and wider tyres. The new equipment helps the motorcycle push all its power successfully into wheels and maintain performance specific image of the motorcycle. Yamaha R15 V3 is expected to launch with a price tag of around INR 1.35-1.40 lakh. As of now, nothing is confirmed regarding the launch of R15 V3 in India. As per the latest details available, it might come to India around March 2018.
