Ducati recently launched the Panigale V4 in India for INR 20.53 Lakh (Ex-showroom India). The Italian superbike rivals BMW S1000RR, Aprilia RSV4, MV Agusta F4, Honda CBR1000RR, Yamaha R1, Kawasaki ZX-10R and Suzuki GSX-R1000 in its segment.
Even with such long list of rivals, it seems that Ducati clearly leads the way with its bigger 1103cc, 4-cylinder engine producing 214 HP at 13,000 rpm and 124 Nm at 10,000 rpm. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. As the bike weighs 198 kg, it offers the best in class power to weight ratio.
Ducati Panigale V4 will soon become popular among liter class bike lovers in India. The motorcycle is based on the older 1299 Panigale but offers improved design lines and a long list of added electronics for best results.
