Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Grand 2 in India with a price tag of INR 22900-24900. It features a 5.25-inch TFT touchscreen with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, 16 million colors and a pixel per inch density of 280ppi. The phone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM. The operating system of Grand 2 is Android v4.3 Jelly Bean. The internal memory of the phone is 8GB, which is expandable with the help of a memory card up to 64GB. The RAM has been increased by 512MB in comparison to the 1GB RAM of Galaxy Grand.
The primary camera of the phone is 8MP with LED flash and the secondary camera is 1.9MP. You can record full HD videos at 30 frames per second. The smartphone comes equipped with Gyro sensor, Proximity sensor, Compass and an accelerometer. The connectivity options are GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, Bluetooth and USB. The phone is available in three shades: White, Pink and Black.
