Yamaha FZ25 Price Dropped by INR 18,800 in India

Yamaha Motor India has announced a huge price cut of INR 18,800 for the FZ25 street motorcycle. As per the details revealed by the Japanese brand, they have managed to reduce the production costs by a big margin, which have further resulted in an affordable price tag for the 250cc motorcycle. Earlier, the BS6-compliant version of Yamaha FZ25 was available at INR 1,53,600 and after getting a price cut today, the bike is now available with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 1,34,800.

Mechanically, the Yamaha FZ25 is powered by the same 249cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected, air+oil cooled engine that is now BS6-compliant and capable of generating maximum power of 20.8 HP @ 8,000 rpm and a peak torque of 20.1 Nm @ 6,000 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed gearbox. In comparison to the BS4 model, the updated version generates 0.1 HP less power and 0.1 Nm more torque.
