Quattroporte

Quattroporte literally means “four doors”. The luxurious four-door saloon which is known as Maserati Quattroporte is manufactured by Maserati Car Company of Italy. It’s a funny fact that this car already went through five generations of models keeping five years of gaps between each generations. The first production was started in 1963 and still continuing with its fifth generation. Quattroporte is assembled in Modena, Italy. This car which is now in its fifth generation offers three types of engines such as 4.2L 400 PS V8, 4.7L 430PS V8 and 4.7L 440 PS V8. Transmission system includes two types of transmission such as 6-speed automatic and 6-speed DuoSelect paddle –shift. Quattroporte used 5,052 mm (198.9 in) length from 2004-06 and from 2009-present, it’s 5,097 mm (200.7 in). But the width 1,895 mm (74.6 in) and height 1,438 mm (56.6 in) still remains the same as it was then.
