Rakhi Sawant: About

Rakhi Sawant the Indian Dancer, was born on 25 November 1978. Apart from being a fabulous dancer, she is also an Indian film and Television actor. Additionally, she is also a model and television talk show host. She has worked in many Hindi films and few Kannada, Marathi, Telugu and Tamil films usually in item girl’s roles. In 1997, Rakhi started with the unnoticed film Agnnichakra as Ruhi Sawant. She continued acting in some low-budget Bollywood films. She did small roles or dance numbers as a junior artist in films for example Joru Ka Ghulam, Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hain & Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke but wasn’t truly recognized. Rakhi Sawant is considered to be the queen of controversies. Her participation in Big Boss got her a lot of popularity too. Also, she has been appearing in a number of reality shows as a host, contestant or even a judge and has become a very controversial television personality.
