Nissan Micra is a super-mini hatchback produced by the Japanese automaker Nissan. It first came to India in the year 2010 on 14th of July. The premium hatchback from Nissan is available in 4 petrol and 2 diesel variants. The 4 petrol variants comprises of Nissan Micra XE, Nissan Micra XE Plus, Nissan Micra XL and Nissan Micra XV. These are powered by1.2L, DOHC, 12 valve, 3 cylinder petrol engine. This motor is of 1198cc displacement and is capable of producing max power of 75 bhp at 6000 rpm with peak torque of 104 Nm at 4000 rpm. The engine is hooked to the 5-speed manual transmission that also features with the diesel powered variants. This common rail powertrain outputs maximum power of 64 PS at 4000 rpm along with 160 Nm of peak torque at 2000 rpm. The diesel variant promises 23.08 kmpl of fuel mileage. All the 6 variants are different from each other in terms of interiors, comfort, luxury and safety features. Micra rides on puncture resistant tubeless radial tyres with size of 165/70R14. These tyres are available with the option of either 14-inch steel wheels or 15-inch alloy wheels. Nissan Micra is a spacious five seater hatchback whose measurements read as 3780mm in length, 1665mm in width, 1530mm in height along with wheelbase of 2450mm. Also the diesel variants of Nissan Micra are 5mm shorter in height than that of petrol variants.
