Samsung Galaxy J - 8 Things You Need to Know

Samsung recently launched its first Android smartphone with metal body. Dubbed as ‘Samsung Galaxy J’, it is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core snapdragon 800 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The memory is expandable via microSD card up to 64GB.

The screen size of the phone is 5.0-inch with full HD (1920x1080) resolution and 441 pixel per density. The Super AMOLED display has 16 million colors and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The primary camera of Galaxy J is 13.2MP with a resolution of 4128x3096 pixels. The phone can also record full HD (1920x1080) videos at 30 frames per second.

The connectivity options include: GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, Bluetooth, NFC and USB. The phone comes equipped with 8 sensors: Proximity, Accelerometer, Gyro, Compass, Barometer, Temperature, Humidity and Gesture. Some of the unique features of Galaxy J are S-Voice, Smart Stay, Smart Pause, Smart Scroll, Air Gestures and USB 0n-the-go.

Samsung Galaxy J is available in three shades: Satin White, Lapis Blue and Coral Pink. There is no official word on the price of this smartphone but it is expected to be priced somewhere around INR 45000.
