Bajaj Pulsar is currently one of the best motorcycle series of India. The era of Pulsar's started when India was living on a 100cc mindset and thus, they have a special place in the every bikers heart. Started with two engine options and an identical body style, Pulsar's have evolved so neatly that every current motorcycling segment of India has a Pulsar into it.

The series starts from Pulsar 135LS (Light Sport), the most affordable and easy to go Pulsar at INR 58,000. It carries the same DTS-i DNA and performs outstandingly well within it's class. It price tag is even lower than many 125 cc bikes of India. The range of DTS-i badged machines include the 135LS, 150, 180 and 220F, all of them having a long history and a special place among their segment competitors.

Further improving the Pulsar moniker, the partnership of Bajaj with KTM brought in a perfect street machine named 200 NS (Naked Sport) into the competition. It used the KTM 199.5 cc engine with DTS-i and triple spark technology for an excellent riding experience. The same platform attracted the AS (Adventure Sport) 150, AS 200 and RS (Race Sport) 200, taking the total living number of Pulsar currently to 8.

Out of these, the 200 NS has been under hibernation from quite a time but has not been officially discontinued by the bike maker. Bajaj Auto is expected to bring it back with the new fuel injection system and also the smaller sibling 150 NS, which was recently launched internationally. Bringing the NS duo, Pulsar RS 400 and the popular yet still on testing CS (Cruiser Sport) series, the total number of Pulsar's would touch 12 in the coming years.
