Overview
Kawasaki has finally launched the much-awaited Ninja 1000 in India with a price-tag of INR 12.5 lakhs (ex-showroom Pune). The bike is powered by a 1043cc engine, which generates maximum power of 140 Bhp at 10000 rpm with max torque of 111 Nm at 7300 rpm. The engine is coupled to a 6-speed transmission. The front suspension of the bike is 41 mm inverted cartridge fork with step-less compression and the rear one is Horizontal monoshock with step-less rebound damping. Z1000 is equipped with a 300mm dual hydraulic front discs and single 250mm petal-type rear disc brake.
