Juhi Chawla, born on the 13th of November in 1967 was first hailed a beauty queen during the prestigious Miss India competition in 1984, besting a number of beautiful contestants. Thanks to constant exposure and public admiration, she went on and pursued a career in the film industry as a full-fledge Indian actress. Eventually, she became a known film producer and television personality. She also emerged to be one of India’s most sought-after leading actresses. In fact, she has starred in a number of movies. Some of which are the romantic flicks “Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak” and the acclaimed “Darr to Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke”. The latter one paved the way for her to gain her Filmfare Best Actress Award. Meanwhile, after 2000, she has already started to be part of the mainstream field, with over 70 Hindi films. This prompted Juhi Chawla to be involved in independent films. In these films she used her native dialect of Punjabi and gained her more recognitions.
