Ekta kapoor, a much known name in the Indian Television Industry. She is the creative head of her production house Balaji Telefilms. She was born on 7th June, 1975. She is the daughter of Jeetendra and Shoba kapoor both belong to the Hindi Movie Industry. Ekta Kapoor did her schooling at Bombay Scottish School and went to Mithibai College. At the young age of 19 she entered the Indian Television Industry as a producer and opened her own production house, Balaji Telefilms. She has made numerous TV serial that have been successful all over India. Every serial she makes engulfs its viewers. Her TV serials are aired on Star Plus, Zee Tv, Sony, Imagine TV, Colors TV and Star One. But majority are aired on Star Plus. Ekta has also produced six Bollywood movies.Ekta Kapoor: Social Comments
