Bhumika Chawla was born in a Punjabi family in New Delhi, India on 21 August in the year 1978. She is an Indian Actress and she started off her film career in the Telugu Film Industry in the year 2000. She starred in the feature film Yuvakudu alongside actor Sumanth. Bhumika Chawla starred in her first Bollywood film Tere Naam after a number of critically and commercially successful films in the South in the year 2003. Chawla won the best debut trophy at the Zee Cine Awards ceremony after she was nominated for her first Film fare Best Actress Award. In 2004, she got to star in a number of Hindi Films that included the Dil Ne Jise Apna Kahaa.
