Barack Hussein Obama is the first African American, who is the 44th President of the United States. He was born to 'Barack Obama Sr.' and 'Ann Dunham' on August 4, 1961. Obama completed his education from the 'Harvard Law School' and 'Columbia University'. He was also the Editor and President of the 'Harvard Law Review'. Before attaining his law degree, he hold the position of community organizer in Chicago. From 1992 to 2004, Obama taught constitutional law at the 'University of Chicago Law School'. He gained national attention in 2004, with his victory in the March 'Democratic Party', during his 'campaign to represent illinois', with his 'election to the Senate' in November 2004 and his keynote address at the 'Democratic National Convention'. In 2007, he began his presidential campaign against 'Hillary Rodham Clinton'. His success in the 'Democratic Party primaries' made him eligible for the presidential nomination. On January 20, 2009, 'Barrack Obama' became a president after defeating Republican nominee 'John McCain'. In November 2012, he again elected as a president of US by defeating 'Mitt Romney', and on January 20, 2013 he sworn for a second term. During his first term of presidency and in the period of Great Recession, Obama signed a law, 'American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009', 'Job Creation Act of 2010 and Tax Relief', 'Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization'. Obama is also known as the first sitting U.S. President to support the same-sex marriage. While in the foreign policy, he stopped U.S. Military involvement in the war of Iraq. He also ordered the 'Osama Bin Laden' death operation, U.S military involvement in Libya and signed the New start arms control treaty. Barrack Obama is married to 'Michelle Robinson' and has two daughters 'Natasha' and 'Malia Ann'.
